Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction—We Are in Action
Through relentless technology innovation and equipment upgrading, Yingyang Group strives on reducing emission and lowering energy consumption from the source. Replaced all water-ring vacuum pumps with screw-drive vacuum pumps on all distillation units, reducing waste water discharge by 300 MT per year.The recovered-heat boiler that is attached to our solid-waste incinerator will offer a saving of one million cubic meters (1 MM3) of NG per year.Recycling and reusing the steam condensate maximize heat-recycling. By doing so, Yinghai CZ will save 1.6 million cubic meters (MM3) on NG per year, and SD Yingyang will save 0.9 MM3 on NG per year. An MVR energy-saving system in Yinghai CZ has commissioned and it will save 26,000 MT on steam per year, equivalent to a savings of 3 MM3 on NG.Both Yinghai CZ and SD Yingyang maximized on using solar energy for plant lighting and generating domestic hot-water.We continued to improve our production facilities and equipment to be Large-scaled, Sealed, and Automated, in order to eliminate material leaks and gas escapes.Energy consumptions are monitored on-line, KPIs are set for Energy Conservation and Process Control.We passed the ISO14001 certification, systematically and scientifically balance enterprise development and ecological environment.

Waste Water: Process waste water is collected & pre-treated at the respective workshops, and then combined with domestic waste water to be bio-processed at the company waste water plant, which is eventually discharged to the zonal waste water plant.Waste Gases: Each plant has more than one set RTO unit.

We maximize by-product development and utilization to turn waste into treasure.We push for using renewable and bio-based raw materials to make our products.
